Top on HW

I barely grasped Rox's thought, but essentially it's about the same (mine will also be hard to grasp))), which is what Stiky and I discussed on ICQ)). We roughly agreed on the following:

Right now we're starting a tournament: SELECTION for the Major League. The first 10 advance to the Major League.
Then all three tournaments can be run simultaneously, let me explain which ones:
- The Major plays a round-robin among themselves for the champion title. The last 3 places move down one level, i.e., to L2.
- Players in 10th-20th place play a round-robin among themselves for promotion to the Major League (the top 3 of them move up, i.e., they essentially swap places with the bottom 3 of the Major; 4 remain!!! until the next round, and 3 are eliminated).
- All the rest play a Swiss tournament for the right to enter L2 (resulting in 3 players advancing from the overall selection). Many will say that only 3 players is too few and competition won't let newcomers break through? But that's not true, because it will be impossible to play in all three tournaments at once :) The top twenty will be busy sorting things out among themselves at that time :). The timeframe is half a year. That means one game every three weeks in the round-robin, which isn't stressful and allows for calm participation in other tournaments without fixating on just one.
Most importantly, under this scheme, everyone will play against opponents roughly equal to them in strength!!!

Yes, and one more thing: the time needs to be set to 6 minutes, since the majority of TОP HW players (and not only them) already play at that time setting.
