The average player plays 1 game per week. According to your scheme, participating in the League alone will take up more than 2 weeks. That means each player will have at most time for 1 tournament. I'm just looking at Bay, where a Swiss-system tournament is held once a year!!! And even there, there are a lot of participants! There are already enough tournaments. But according to your scheme, everyone needs to drop everything and only play in one League. That's nonsense!
