Olzon broke down, I really feel sorry for her!!!
Maybe some people don't know about the recent incident that happened with Nightwish during their Brazilian tour, when Anette couldn't finish the long 14-minute ballad "The Poet and the Pendulum" and, during the last part, "Thomas's Mother," she started crying and left the stage. Later, she explained that this was due to the influence of special effects, specifically the smoke, which affected her vocal cords and, consequently, her performance. In reality, there could be many reasons, including the fact that fans in the front rows were making obscene gestures and loudly shouting the name of the former vocalist, Tarja Turunen. And here, one can understand the situation Anette found herself in. I think, as a person, she can be understood; if anyone should be blamed, it's Thomas, because he "politely" asked Tarja to leave the band. I agree that Anette doesn't fit the band's image right now; her vocals are more like a voice from the iron-b style, and her stage appearance is sometimes shocking – you would hardly find such clothes even in a second-hand store. But when the riff-raff in the front rows buy tickets only to insult the current vocalist, shouting things like "Anette, you're a B*TCH!" or making unpleasant gestures, and they bring the girl to tears – that's not good, and I really feel sorry for her.
I can't stand seeing a crying girl; excuse me, but no, I want to hug her, comfort her, say a few encouraging words – "It's okay, Anya, calm down, calm down."
(By the way, Marko finished singing Thomas's Mother's part – poor Thomas, he'll have such a mother in his dreams.)))
