BigAke, what was your hero's build? Did you have Logistics? Because getting from the Latniks to the enemy city in 2 days... and how did you deal with the Erls with air units on the way to the enemy...? What did you use to defeat the Barghests on days 11 and 12...?

Most likely, I'm the exception, the one who didn't take Logistics....

It's quite possible to reach the enemy city in 2 days: stables + logistics + Path of War (accelerate after each battle). I defeated the Erls with Latniks (vampirism on them, blindness on the Erls, until the air units are exhausted).
The "Deadly Cold" skill helps to defeat the Barghests - any attack takes away at least one life :D, i.e., it doesn't matter that lightning deals only 300 damage, it will still kill a Barghest with 1300 health :)
