First, I'd like to address BarbarianHawk... Just read the rules, is it that hard? You need to develop SINITAR, but you developed Irbet, so the save is invalid.

And on what basis, may I ask? Because, as I understand it, in BarbarianHawk's save, Sinitar has a certain amount of experience (i.e., it's more than zero), and the host didn't set a minimum limit in this tournament... so there's no reason not to count it.
