January Holiday Tournament

I have no desire to put myself in a position where I'll be the target of criticism from players who end up with a weaker side.

Vikk, alright, I'll be the one generating content tirelessly, but please help with evaluating the generated content. Like, if something is bad, just say "Loy, regenerate and give me 5 more variations by 7 PM." If you don't want to participate in generating saves, you'll be needed for analytics; you can't just back out of that. And I'll be responsible for everything, I'll be the one taking the heat if anything goes wrong. But I'll try to make sure there's a lot of positivity and that everyone understands that we can have enjoyable discussions, discussions that lead to learning new things. Everyone needs to understand that to really improve their skills and represent the World in inter-portal competitions (and they will happen, I know it), playing just 20-30 games a month, making the same mistakes, not optimizing gameplay, not working on mistakes, and not learning from the best examples isn't enough. This tournament format is designed specifically for that: a systematic and methodical approach to learning and improving skills. P.S. Another idea for consideration and criticism: What if we used the saves that were used for the report writing contest as the initial saves for generation?
