Regarding the fact that overconfidence let me down – you're right.

In the 2 Utopias (Heroes III and Heroes II), I only got the Wings and the Orator's Hat, so my Explosion was just a "small explosion." My 30% Magic Resistance, which didn't trigger even once, was disappointing. I was waiting for the opponent's attack, already confident in my victory, seeing only Dragons, Vivs, Combat Mages, and Pegasi in the army. I didn't expect reinforcements in the form of 60+ Dryads. I should have attacked first when those Dryads were absent, but the opponent deservedly won. 2 minutes per turn turned out to be a very short time for me in this game.
