Project "Money comes and goes, but Heroes are eternal!"

This is certainly... but in general... Just imagine, one leader (a major landowner) declares war on another... wins... and takes ALL of his land... and then what? The poor second landowner ends up back with the landless newcomers? Or how? ;)
