It seems that the last few pages of this thread have devolved into a personal squabble and settling of scores. And that's a shame....
I would always like to see more specific discussion on any topic.
For some reason, it seems to me that in THIS thread, organizational issues should be discussed first - i.e., asking organizational questions to the moderators and offering constructive suggestions for our beloved portal.
If someone really wants to chat about everything, there is a dedicated off-topic/entertainment thread for that - welcome!

A small suggestion - make it so that for any thread, it is always clear what can be written in it. Either provide explanations in the thread title, or (as is done in tournaments) - so that every page of the thread (not just the first) starts with an explanation of what the thread is for, and what can and cannot be written in it....

And a second suggestion. A regular user may be upset about their post being deleted by a moderator. There should be a way to appeal. But you find that your message has been deleted, with a small comment (not always obvious or indisputable)....but if the content of the post itself is no longer available (because it was deleted by the moderator), how can the user prove that they did not violate any rules? Therefore, gentlemen (and ladies too), moderators and coordinators - move the post to a closed thread, accessible only to you, and keep it for a certain period of time (e.g., 1 month). And then delete the unnecessary and prohibited content with your comments. Then, if the user wants to dispute your action, it will always be possible to retrieve this point of contention (the content of the deleted message) and discuss with the coordinator the legitimacy of the moderator's actions.
