Russian version of the map editor for Heroes 5: "Hammers of Fate" (2.1)

Please tell me if there is a Russian language pack for Tribes of the East, because I'm downloading version 1.0 (not from this site), and it translates the text, but the camera doesn't move. When I download this one, the same thing happens. Please help me.
