Ekaterina, I applaud you! I agree with many points... but it seems to me that this discussion is, to put it mildly, off-topic. There should always be specifics in communication and questions with suggestions. In particular, to the moderators. And now, it's just a condemnation of the ethics of behavior on the site. I asked about the feasibility and necessity of a backup moderator if the other one is absent for a long time and doesn't monitor the topic. This is indeed an organizational issue... but it didn't get a response.
