The tactic for playing as Razazak involves very thoughtful and precise micro-management. You need to carefully monitor the initiative order, calculate the possible chances of morale triggering, how much Razazak will move when artifacts are consumed, and the possibility of throwing golems or titans into a surprise attack (titans are preferable), and many other things.
Razazak will be stronger than Synith, on par with or slightly weaker than Dyra, comparable to Deleb, Raven, and Nimue. He might win against Haggeesh if he gets lucky with the terrain, morale, and the artifacts Ossir, Axel, Shaq, and Iris. His tactical maneuvers are very chess-like; you need to calculate several moves ahead, constantly considering the possibility of morale triggering. It's very difficult, but he wins in a very impressive way.
He is a very important hero for the server's longevity. Players with a very high skill level can showcase their abilities with him. I remember one time, Domovoy defeated my Shaq with Razazak. True, the terrain was perfect for Razazak; no one could reach the titans, he had 6 artifacts, and I didn't initially pay attention to the fact that almost all of Razazak's troops had artifacts equipped.
