How can you say that this is an adjacent secondary path?

I said that it "might be an adjacent path, especially considering the path from the lower player," not Vic.

Is that what the rules say?

I understand that the rules allow everything that isn't prohibited.
And since there's no direct prohibition against passing through glitched paths, it's allowed!
P.S. But still, as a recommendation, it's best to replay if both sides agree. IMHO.
