HeroesWorld users should avoid flooding and off-topic posts in their messages in all sections of the HeroesWorld forums, except in sections where it is permitted. This is actually a good response if someone starts pointing fingers and accusing you of deleting something as a moderator! If a user believes they are right, let them write a complaint about your actions to any of the coordinators or directly to the Creator!
And, of course, the rules are the rules, BUT there should be reasonable limits! You've turned the section into a mess! A dump! You read the topics and are horrified! You just want to create one topic called "Mess" or even better "Nonsense" and dump 70% of the topics there! Have some respect for HeroesWorld! For its users, and for yourselves in the end! Everything has its limits, and you need to write on topic, even if it's in the "Everything About Everything" section. You can't discuss how you were picking your nose in class in a topic about music, just because you don't care about school.

Yes, it says in the section that off-topic and flooding are not prohibited, but this was written earlier, in the hope that users would be reasonable, that if they do flood, they will do it intelligently.
