Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

And why isn't anyone discussing faction 4? As far as I know, Life (Humans) is the only faction that can effectively counter Undead. Neither Haven, nor Chaos, nor Sylvan, nor Fortress can handle it. But Humans can, and quite easily. The key is magic and UNITS.
