Against which factions is it easier for demons to fight, and against which is it more difficult?

Just remember the fire immunity of high-level gnomes, and you'll understand that demons won't be able to blast them with hellfire (what a delight!), and in general, it's even worse against another demon... they'll open about 12 portals and clutter up the entire field... :(
