Samurai(blue,Rampart,Kyrre,Kyrre) def Pit for LM(red,Castle,Valeska,Galtran), 2sm4d(3),124
HB v HW
Good game, thanks to my opponent for it. TElite. There was one tricky tactical moment on my part: I saw a bypass route to my opponent's secondary town, and on turn 115 I split Kyrre (already level 7-8, about 3000 movement points) to catch my opponent during their expansion... Valeska, however, went the other way, and I had to go into the treasure zone. On turn 121 I transfer the purchased army via chains, but I messed up the heroes and an empty scout hero came to Galtran. I split, learn Expert Slow at home, go straight to the only Griffin Conservatory... On turn 122 it's taken: minimum. I think, crap, a loss, because my opponent has Galtran showing with at least two Angels. Back to the treasure zone, on turn 123 I enter, grab 8 Wyverns (in addition to the 8 already taken near home), and then on level-up I'm offered either Expert Wisdom or Basic Armorer... I grabbed Armorer and only then saw that there was a Pandora's Box guarded by Manticores nearby. I tear my hair out, thinking if it gives level 5, I'll never forgive myself. No, it gave level 4. Right then, my opponent is nearby, and a couple of moves away from him is an untaken external dwelling of Angels. I took it and then everything was decided... whether to stay here or Town Portal home — I had exactly 200 movement points. I decided to fight, exchanged resources for 8k gold, and wait for the attack. On turn 124, my opponent attacked.
Galtran: Expert Armorer, Basic Offense, 6-3-3(12), 2 Angels, 40 Archers, 5 Champions, 8 Wyverns, 17+1+1 Swordsmen
Kyrre: 4-15-3(21), Advanced Armorer, 15 Grand Elves (thinned out by a scout hero), 5 Unicorns, 16 Wyverns, 1+1 Angel, Necklace +1 to spell duration.
In the first round, my opponent covered the Archers with Horses, Angels, and Wyverns; both cast Expert Slow and shot with Archers; in the second round, a Meteor Shower for 175 into the meat pile, and the Wyverns with Angels and Unicorns finished them off.
Thanks for the game!
The territory given was small and there was very little gold, a pity I didn't take the Pandora's Box guarded by Wolves on the first turn — there were 5000 there, I thought it was a level 1 spell scroll. On turn 112, the only road leads to a Guarded Object (ГО), which had shifted and blocked the passage to my secondary towns. But there was a path off-road through the Gargoyles and a town (Conflux) which I took. I build a Tavern there — and a miracle! — Galtran is in the Tavern. Overjoyed, I decide to level him on the Mummies guarding the Teleporter, but I positioned incorrectly — there turned out to be nearly 50 Mummies, almost all the Pikemen and 7 out of 31 Archers are lost. On the other side of the portal — Storm Elementals, visible Tree and an external dwelling of Angels with weak guards. I give the army to Valeska; with shooting, she easily breaks through the passage underground; there are also treasure zones and blockers there; I go back to my side to grab at least a couple of chests, but there's no gold (the Conflux secondary consisted of a town and two mines, a tiny territory, I think there was only one chest total), I have to build 2 Marketplaces to afford Horsemen with a Citadel. No place to gather Skeletons either. I took and bought the external Swordsmen dwelling.
On turn 121, I buy a few troops and take the Dwarf Stockpile for 15. Then I go down to the Pandora's Box, where there is gold. The army is transferred to Valeska, who takes the Griffin Conservatory for 2 Angels. Galtran takes the Dwarf Stockpile for 20 and rushes through the portal into the treasure zone. But Kyrre gets there first, takes 8 Wyverns, the Pandora's Box with level 4 magic, and the external Angel dwelling. I attack, because the armies are roughly equal, the difference in stats was approximately compensated by Galtran's combat skills, and I have more Archers. But the Meteor Shower on the best troops ruined everything.
Thanks for the game.
Saves will be a bit later.
