Cheating on Heroesworld (Offenders and penalties)

Gentlemen, this is an interesting topic!
Here, we can exchange opinions and suspicions, facts and accusations, and perhaps someone will find it useful and be more cautious. As they say, forewarned is forearmed! :)\br
1. Felix is a cheater! He's quite skilled, to be sure (in that regard), but I haven't been able to catch him red-handed yet, but I'm 99% sure!
I played with him, and the analysis of the game (not just mine) proves it to me.

2. Britvotchka is also a cheater! Another skilled scoundrel! I banned him on HP for this; his nickname was "Britva".

But, unfortunately, I can't provide any concrete evidence yet. It's very difficult to catch and prove such things in Heroes, but it's possible!
So, I apologize for the lack of proof, but even without it, I want to warn someone! So that decent players don't waste their time on these scoundrels!

P.S. Yesterday, something funny happened. I invited three Heroic monster players from Moscow to visit and have a few drinks. Then I thought, why not try to catch and prove it publicly, so to speak, but Felix refused to play, as if he sensed that trouble was brewing...
