Cheating on Heroesworld (Offenders and penalties)

Dear users, as I feared, the topic has strayed slightly from its intended course. Here, we should be discussing either suggestions or save files and games, not individuals. Posts like "this player wasn't cheating when playing against me" are not needed here. Because if he cheated in a specific game, and there is evidence to support that, it is absolutely irrelevant how many games he played fairly. Perhaps it would even be worth editing Paladin's post, leaving only the part where he talks about unfair play, and not discussing who owes money to whom.
