Cheating on Heroesworld (Offenders and penalties)

At the moment, I've played 7 games with Felix. I won four times and lost twice. In one game, when Felix chose Art and failed to break through the guard, even though he could have done so without any losses, I deliberately refused to register the game.
I, of course, analyzed the games that I lost (2).
Objectively speaking, I didn't find anything that would suggest Felix is a cheater, or anything that couldn't be explained intuitively.

If we abstract from the specific candidate, then, of course, I would like it if there were no players who deliberately deviate from the principle of fair play, and strict measures would be taken against them.
