Cheating on Heroesworld (Offenders and penalties)

At the moment, I've played 7 games with Felix. I won four times and lost twice. In one game, when Felix chose Art and failed to break through the defenses, even though he could have done so without any losses, I refused to register the game.
Naturally, I analyzed the games I lost (2).
Objectively speaking, I didn't find anything that would suggest Felix is a cheater, or anything that couldn't be explained intuitively.

If we set aside the specific individual, I would certainly like to see fewer players who deliberately deviate from the principle of fair play, and that strict measures be taken against them.
