Good start, 3 stacks, Troglodyte external dwelling near the castle, resulting in 167 Troglodytes...
But on 231 I realized there was nothing to be gained and surrendered completely!!!!

117 - Horses in Stronghold, captured two Archer Dwellings, so at the start of the game I had about 40 Archers. Started exploring the territory. Took a Crypt for 2000 Gold. Found a Dragon Utopia, guarded by upgraded Dwarves, about 75 in number. Attacked those Dwarves, completely lost my army, had to evacuate. I redeem Valeska.
127 - Build Castle and +2000 Gold income. Buy troops, take a secondary town - Conflux. There I also discovered 2 Conservatories, a Dragon Utopia, and one Phoenix Dwelling. On the way to those Phoenixes, I try to level up Expert Earth, beat a horde of Vampires (guardians of the Dragon Utopia), a horde of 4th level from Inferno (guardians of that same Phoenix Dwelling) - Only got Advanced Earth. With an army of about 40 Archers, 2 Cavalry, about 50 Pikemen, I attack the Phoenix Dwelling, assuming there were 4 units guarding it, but there were 6. I lose all troops, the GG escapes from the Phoenixes, 1 bird remains. Equip a scout with troops, go to take two Knight Dwellings. Tight on money.
137 - Buy whatever troops I can: about 40 Archers, 4 Cavalry, about 50 Pikemen. Go searching for treasure piles. Build Angels.
217 - On Conflux territory, I take two Conservatories, +2 and +2 Angels. Take the Utopia, after first taking the Phoenix Dwelling. In the Utopia I got a book of Earth, the rest is small stuff. Portal to Conflux to replenish mana (40 units). And then the opponent captures the Capital.
I notice the opponent has a clear advantage in troops and decide to go to the underground. Though later I find out that the opponent has all Air magic, which further reduced the chance of continuing the game.
In the underground, I discovered a Dragon Utopia and 5 Hives, I managed to take 4 Hives. Took the Utopia, from artifacts I only got Boots of Speed +2 to all stats.
In the meantime, the opponent took my last castle back. Deciding to try my luck, I found a teleporter in the underground which led me to the opponent's secondary town - Dungeon. I took that castle, built the Mana Vortex, the Mage Guild was not built.
There was no point in continuing the game. I conceded victory to the opponent.
