THREE mines in 1 day from the Castle (one is guarded by a horde of snipers). Total 37 on the start.
I passed the army to a scout who ran to look for a secondary resource node along a good road. The road was very long, and there were many monsters on it. I lost half of them in a battle with snakes and finally lost when, in a ranged battle, the storm elemental's arrows ran out, and 1 surviving elemental finished off 5 archers :(
The secondary resource node was needed to hire a couple of gremlins there and collect money in the snow.
In the second week, I equipped a Second Expedition with 1 horse and 8 archers. When the second expedition failed, running into another crowd of raiders, I decided not to continue.
