Controversial issues and their resolutions.

The following situation occurred in the game:

1) There was a passage from one secondary respawn point to another secondary respawn point without any guards.
2) Nearby, there was a descent into an underground treasure, guarded in the standard way.
I needed to move from one respawn point to another.
Explain to me, did I need to:
a) attack the guards of the underground world from above
b) descend and attack the guards down there (because, according to the template, it is impossible to move from one secondary respawn point to another, bypassing the treasure; therefore, I am not allowed to pass through there without descending into the treasure and defeating the guards of the passage).
