Discussion about the game's artificial intelligence.

I don't really like the AI in Heroes of Might and Magic V; it's quite stupid (to put it mildly). Today, I was playing as Sylvan and captured a Dungeon castle with almost no losses. It had four populations (everything was built and upgraded), plenty of money, and enough resources (I checked in the tavern). Is that how it's supposed to think?
Although, it has a bunch of weak heroes, with the sole purpose of capturing my mines and leaving me without resources, which is very annoying.
