I also consider myself a pro and think that one day is enough to complete any map; it all depends on whether there is time to play a particular map. That is, work, family, repairs, and so on.
I think you need to take this into account.

As for "In the Wake of Gods," I disagree. How will you track who played on "In the Wake of Gods" and who played on "The Shadow of Death"? These are games with completely different concepts, and the tactics for completing them are different. I would advise you to think about this very carefully so that there are no misunderstandings later.

Or you need to hold at least 2, or better 3, tournaments with the same map but on different versions of the game. This will be more convenient and clearer for you.
