All game-related questions should be directed through the ubi.com server.

The issue remains unresolved. As I mentioned, I successfully registered and played on Ubi, but now I can’t access it again after changing my password!
I’m entering the correct password, the one that the Ubi website accepts.
But when I enter this password in the game, it simply kicks me back to the menu instead of letting me choose a server.

Added after 30 minutes
I solved the problem by changing my password again.
