Heroes of Might & Magic III: Horn of the Abyss

Vog is not even a game, by the way.

It's quite suitable for single-player and RPG maps :)

It's just a group of enthusiasts who, "just for fun," threw a bunch of unrelated things into the game.

No one prevents you from disabling these "things" in the VOG options :) (But still, I hope 3.59 (if it comes out) will be more balanced).
