HMMV Tournament: "Greedy"

2 FINANSIST I have two archiving programs installed, but neither of them can open the file. And when I download the save file, the file name appears as a set of unknown characters.

The important thing here is not the number of archiving programs installed on your computer, but their version.
I would do the following:
1. When downloading the file, save it as HW.rar
2. Its size should be 2*394*391 bytes. If this is not the case, then you need to download it using a different utility or browser. Or clear the cache.
3. If the size matches, then update the archiving program. WinRAR 3.71 opens the archive without any problems.
