I know you're hinting at me, although it doesn't really relate to me directly, but I'll answer "firsthand"... I wasn't avoiding the game – like many others, I simply didn't finish my game with my opponent because we saved the game and couldn't finish it right away (for mutual reasons)... and soon the tournament died down, and the game was never finished... I kept the save for about a month...
P.S. Considering that you won't be accepted into either this resource or the Portal team, there's no need to spread negativity around the tournament.
