How I hate the verb "to cheese"... But that's not the point.
You probably don't understand that some people don't "cheese" battles with fairies and minotaurs, but actually WIN them. They spend several dozen hours generating the landscape and the battle, and they win.

When I'm studying a map, all I do is "cheese." How do you study? :) Never mind, don't get hung up on that word.
And about the dozens of hours – yes, even if you don't believe it. Especially annoying is that this activity makes you feel dull, like hitting your head against a wall.
On the other hand, banning something that you can't verify is also...
