No, it's different in all of them. In some, it's 1, 5, 6 – in others, it's something else. There will only be no alternatives for the 7th level (unless in the Conflux, but you can't do without it there – you can't create alternatives for the standard 4 elementals, of course – so as a result, only levels 1, 6, and 7 remain as alternatives for 3 alternatives).
