I recently had a thought, and I'd like to hear other people's opinions:
Considering the improved luck and, especially, the choice of archers and their additional shot (which may be lucky or trigger the avenger skill, or both, which would be quite unfair), it outweighs all the advantages of the new archers.

Also, if you get close to the enemy, the archers will also shoot without penalty.

So, the new archers are very good for clearing out neutrals, but for the decisive battle, it might be worth taking the old archers?!
