There was a screenshot today, but the posts disappeared.... IMHO, it's possible to take out simple Fire Elementals, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's just possible that the guards are positioned further inside the secondary respawn point, and to get to it, you need to approach from a different respawn point. So, in this situation, everything is fine. He didn't take anything before taking out the guards, so it's all fair!
