Changes to the rules for offline Heroes 3 tournaments!

2 VDV & vbn:
VK8 starts on Monday, and if the voting results are not summarized, the rules are not changed, or there are no comments at all during today, then VK8 will be held according to the same rules as VK3!
The poll was closed on the 15th, and now it's the 19th - during these 4 days, both vbn and vdv have appeared on the forum repeatedly!
Of course, I understand that you are busy and everything happens, but then you shouldn't regret that VK is running on a pure SoD, without any patches!
