Fantasy vs. Science Fiction

If, in your opinion, dragons are invulnerable to energy and magic, fly at supersonic speeds, cast teleport, have a thick layer of diamond scales, and still fly, have fiery blood, and are practically invulnerable, then how do knights with very rarely enchanted weapons defeat them?

Why not? Maybe the weapons are enchanted with magic that can cut stars in half...
