I confirm, it happened. They gave me Myv as a starting hero, and I found Iris in the tavern. I decided to develop Myv, but they didn't offer Logistics even up to level 12. After level 12, I didn't bother waiting anymore. Also, they never offered "Righteous Fury" for mass acceleration, which would have given +50% initiative to all warriors for 4 turns at level 20. Nevertheless, without Logistics and Education, I had the same stats as my opponent by the finale.
While going through the Gate of the Worlds, my opponent tried to surrender several times. Anyone who has played against Primus will understand:D. My heart softened, and I gathered an army and went to meet him - to save him:smile19:. As it turned out, it was in vain. The next day, he attacked me, but didn't engage. I had a chance to safely retreat to the city and wait behind the walls, but I decided to fight in the field. At the very beginning of the battle, I made two fatal mistakes: 1 - I attacked with the Royal Griffins led by Isabel against Ents, and they were entangled in roots and got stuck; 2 - I should have used the hero's ability and moved the archers forward on the initiative scale, thus ensuring they got the first turn and, as a result, destroyed the enemy archers. I could have also split the Royal Griffins in half, 23 in each stack, before the battle, but... in general, there's a lot to think about. Thanks to my opponent for the game!:)
