Clan Wars: online (Autumn 2008)

It seems I'm in a similar situation! The only thing is, I'm not entirely sure if our clan can field a full team... We're kind of gathering, but it's taking a while. And is it possible to play both here and there? Please advise and help resolve the issue... General, would you also chime in? It's not looking good otherwise...
