What is your opinion on the possibility of introducing a third tier of maps and a new faction into the game?

It should really halve the health stack, not its quantity!

No, guys. IMHO, the effect of this skill should depend on the level of the attacked creature, or the ability shouldn't work on creatures whose total health is higher. Otherwise, it's just :D imbalance:D
