We used all restarts.
114 broke through the portal to a grass secondary. 115 took a Conflux secondary and spotted blue's movements nearby. 116 Valeska stops in front of the secondary and does not attack to avoid a restart. 117 bears in the Citadel. On 123 I speed up with 3+2+2 Thunderbirds in the portal to attack Valeska, who was wandering with 16 archers, but on blue's turn I am attacked with the received growth:

Gunnarsson (basic tactics) 7331: 3+2+2 Thunderbirds and a warmachine.

Valeska 5411: 18+18 upgraded archers, 1+1+1 Champions, 9 pokemons, and 12 air elementals.

I killed 32 of his archers and bought back in with 2 birds and a warmachine ($1250) - didn't have money earlier.

Valeska still headed to my castle, I buy back and attack her:
with 2 birds, 1 bear, 40+ upgraded goblins, and assorted small units, and my opponent conceded victory to me.

We used all restarts again.
On 111 I take the view and it's all clear - 2 external dwellings of birds, 1 of cyclopes, 1 of bears (the guard is 20-49 Master Genies for an artifact too), so no bears. On 111 I immediately build [the creature generation building for] 1000. On 113 I get expert Warmachine + 3 birds and with the loss of 3 goblins I take 1 external dwelling of birds and similarly the second. On 115 I'm already home with Haste on a Thunderbird and 8 [birds] roam with scouts. On 116 a level 2 Griffin Conservatory is found. On 117 I wait there for a delivery chain from 2 external dwellings and from home. On 117 birds in the castle +12k gold in the stash (I didn't even build bears). But my opponent conceded and gave me the victory.
