I'm curious, where did Johnny come from in the first place, and who sent the officer who fathered him to the first part? o_O

I've been thinking about that too. But there are a couple of possibilities:
- There was a mistake made when creating the plot (I doubt it)
- They thought no one would notice
- They decided to let people figure it out themselves
I think option 2+3 is the most likely.
