I confirm. Towards the end of the game, I took the Blue Capital, decided to sit in it and defend it, as the opponent's troop growth was stalled, and I thought time was on my side.
I teleport to the Capital, buy 4 dragons (there was a breeding creature), and unicorns. I teleport to the Dungeon, go to take the +12 Shield and nearby 6 Wyverns, and... I didn't have enough time... the turn ended... I didn't manage to teleport to the Blue Capital (which I had captured), and there were 14 Dragons, Unicorns, and Wyverns. Blue attacked them and easily defeated them.
