I can! Whether to use a patch or not is a matter of principle! If we're setting rules for the classic version, we decide how many morals, lucks, etc., are allowed!

That's why I don't understand why the organizers on HP don't want to introduce this patch.

1. On HP, many people play for their own enjoyment and don't want to bother with all sorts of rules and patches! Even in this tournament, there was an incident where one participant played the tournament without the patch, but admitted it himself and replayed it with the patch! And how can you even determine whether a tournament was played with a patch or not? THERE'S NO WAY! Therefore, introducing a patch will create additional difficulties with verification, and considering that on HP there is a phenomenon like "Mining," where some players play for 500 game days (which, gentlemen, is 18 months, not a little, not a lot!), verification will be a terrible undertaking!
2. The patch is an UNOFFICIAL creation!!!! Who knows what might be found in it? Why should they take such responsibility on themselves? After all, there were glitches and bugs in the first versions! There's no guarantee that they won't reappear?

And also! Why are many players leaving HW and going to HP? Why? Think about it!
