- At the discretion of the tournament organizer. Previously, the rules did not require the presence of mandatory victory criteria, so why introduce them now? Let the organizer decide how many and what criteria will be in his tournament.
As I see it, the changes that vbn recently made to the rules are the most correct at the moment (until new bugs are found in the game).
