In this thread, I suggest that all players interested in offline tournaments try to express their opinions on two questions regarding changes to the rules:

1) Play with a patch or without it;
2) Play with a third victory condition (like Mercury used to have), or without it.

Based on the majority opinion, a decision will be made about changing the rules for offline Heroes 3 tournaments.
