A Metalhead (in the full sense of the word, basically listens to everything – classic, experimental, borderline, alternative metal blends) from another forum told me that these are different types of heaviness, and I agree with him. If you play like Slipknot or Meshuggah, not every Death Metal band can compare. He also respects Slipknot... But I'm not against Death Metal in terms of playing if it's played with rhythm like "DevilDriver," in terms of vocals, I prefer Black Metal (it's not overwhelming, and it's dark)...
