The graphics will always improve. There is progress; processors, video cards, and many other things are constantly evolving. So, whether you like it or not, the graphics will be improved with each iteration. And the 3D graphics aren't that bad, and I often rotate the camera, which is very convenient and allows me to examine everything in detail without spending too much time. I don't know what you didn't like about the animation in the fourth game. It's quite appealing.
