The eternal question: which heroes are better, mages or warriors?

Warrior! with enhanced air and earth magic! attack and defense increase quickly, and in Heroes, much depends on skills! I usually manage to find either a sphere of prohibition (no spells can be used) or a cloak (no spells above level three can be used) against mages, and then the mage becomes practically powerless! But a mage can't equip any artifacts against a warrior.

In general, the choice between a mage or a warrior depends on the chosen faction.
