What are you talking about? In the add-on (as I understand it), they are planning to include only 3 cities.

After all, the more variety, the more complex and interesting the game becomes!!! Don't you understand that?

The more super-duper arts and everything that creates imbalance, the easier and more boring the game becomes, IMHO.
