What is your opinion about Heroes IV?

In principle, I agree with Dr Motor. You can't judge a game based on the quality of its graphics. Heroes IV is a unique game in its own way, and no matter what people say, it remains popular.

And graphics are a kind of luxury that not everyone can afford (not everyone has a great video card like I do).

But I don't agree that it "gets in the way." On the contrary, the stats of a particular creature can be "felt" thanks to the special effects, voice acting, and so on. I would say more precisely that Heroes V has more performance issues than the third one. This is one of the reasons why fans of Heroes III don't like the fifth installment (especially online players).
